Lisa Norgren’s Ann Arbor prenatal and postnatal yoga class is designed to facilitate relaxation, strength, flexibility, and community in all stages of pregnancy and the postpartum period.
This is an affirming and body-positive class, and pregnant and postpartum people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and gender identities are encouraged to attend.
